This morning we learned that the Florida court of appeals reversed the decision of the local circuit court judge to deny the approval of a development order to construct a 230-foot resort condo hard along the Gulf of Mexico. I have mixed emotions about this decision. If the circuit judge's opinion was not so politically motivated (he was involved in the state's attorney's race that he won), or so disjointed in reasoning, so poorly written, and opinionated, the appeals court may have ruled against us. ...
